Hello Peter, can you really help me?

Ok, after my chicken breast rant, I went to the HelloPeter website and filed my complaint. Pick n Pay is a registered company on that site and after submitting my complaint I was informed that I woudl be contacted within the next 36hours by Pick n Pay. You can see my complaint here, and I will update this post when I have more info on the matter.

Check out HelloPeter, it really is a great idea, and apparenly it works wonders!

I agree Gregor! I am sick of poeple in Grahamstown thinkin that because Grahamstwon is largely a student town, service can take a dive! last term i paid with a R50 note and only got change for a R20, when i pointed this out to the till lady, she first said i was wrong, the n had to call the manager to check teh security cameras to make sure i was telling the truth!!! Which they soon found out I was! I wonder how many times this has happened! so I got my change and a half hearted grunt of an apology! Their customer service leaves much to be desired and is a far cry from: service with a smile!

It's been way more than 36 hours and I have heard nothing from Pick 'n Pay. I got an email from HelloPeter asking if I had been contacted yet, so their service was promt and as promised, unlike P 'n P's! Will email them my complaint later today!
